In a transaction valued at $9B, Intel Corporation is spinning-off its NAND Memory Business—a global leader in the design and manufacture of integrated circuits and solid-state drives (SSDs) for use in data centers, personal computers, and other devices—to form an independent company that will be a subsidiary of parent company SK hynix.

The new company will be headquartered in San Jose, California, with aspirations to conduct an IPO and become a publicly traded U.S. company. As the current head of Intel’s Memory Business, Rob Crooke will lead the new company as CEO, with a number of Intel executives and senior leaders joining him to stand-up and grow the new company. The new venture combines elements of an established, successful Silicon Valley technology company with the spirit, agility, and entrepreneurial mindset of a start-up.

In addition to the U.S. headquarters and other facilities in the U.S., the company has a significant international presence in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. The newly formed company will continue to lead the world in innovating new Memory technologies and will soon be the second largest NAND memory company in the world by revenue.

Job Description

This position reports to the Director of Corporate Services within the Global Supply Chain Management organization. The Corporate Services function will be built from the ground up and this role will be expected to work closely with all other Corporate Services leaders, as well as a wide range of the company’s department directors, managers, and stakeholders.

This role will be responsible for managing complex projects and processes across several disciplines of real estate, construction, employees experience and several aspects of facility operation across Corporate Services areas. Your role will be focused on business processes, data analysis and communication. Your role will be critical to support corporate services strategy, develops solutions, interprets and applies business processes.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Collaborating with Corporate Services Managers, Corporate Services Director, and several other stakeholders across the company to set strategic goals and plans in support of organizational objectives
  • Own team operations including orchestrations of deliverables to meet short term and long-term strategic objectives with leading and lagging operational metrics to track progress to goals.
  • Manage budget, planning and execution and supplier management deliverables.
  • Success will be measured on the candidate’s ability to execute and improve business processes, develop dashboards, and deliver data-driven insights
  • The planning and implementation of initiatives, business processes, develop and implement communication plans
  • Measuring results and identifying new trends and methods that can improve the key performance indicator of the organization
  • Working with subject matter experts to develop business continuity plans for the corporate services organization globally.
  • Build relationships with managers, employees, and stakeholder to influencing and improve corporate service partnership across the company
  • Develop strategies and define execution and communication plans to improve overall employees experience across the company globally
  • Analyze large sets of data, perform basic financial analysis, and build recommendations.

The successful candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits/skills:

  • Highly motivated self-starter with the skills to perform under pressure while prioritizing and managing multiple objectives and/or projects simultaneously along with a high degree of organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Expert in PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel are a must
  • Ability to work successfully within worldwide organization
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Data Analytics: understand how to pull, analyze and influence with data
  • Positive attitude, problem solving, decision making, takes initiative, creative thinker

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education classes and relevant previous job experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

An undergraduate degree in a Business, Communications o related field or equivalent industry experience

5+ years’ experience managing complex projects and programs across different teams

Expert in PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Master of Business Administration or equivalent

PMP or other relevant professional certification

Knowledge in real estate or facility operation
