Operations Manager

 

Reporting to the Novotel & Ibis Cross-Complex General Manager, you will be a crucial member of the Executive Committee.  You will be a seasoned Hotelier with experience in a similar role, the focus of this role will be to continue to champion the Accor Values ensuring all guests & team members Feel Welcome and Feel Valued.Reporting to the Novotel & Ibis Cross-Complex General Manager, you will be a crucial member of the Executive Committee.  You will be a seasoned Hotelier with experience in a similar role, the focus of this role will be to continue to champion the Accor Values ensuring all guests & team members Feel Welcome and Feel Valued.

Lead and develop the Front Office, Housekeeping & Engineering teams, with all aspects of the day to day operations.  Work closely with other departments & operational managers, providing guidance and support on a daily basis.

What you will be doing:

• You will have the ability to see issues from multiple viewpoints and then execute an agreed plan.  You will be involved in the achievement of key metrics, such as financial performance by implementing efficienct processes , driving team engagement, personalising guest experience & loyalty.

• At ease in a variety of forums, you will fluently be able to communicate & build professional relationships with key stakeholders across the business

• You will be a creative problem solver with strong operational understanding, & demonstrated experience in a similar role.
