The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the factory. This
position involves managing a team of 70 employees, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality
standards. The Operations Manager will collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows, implement best
practices, and contribute to the overall success and growth of the factory.

• Team Leadership:
o Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of 70 employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
o Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
• Operational Efficiency:
o Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
o Streamline production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve workflow.
• Quality Control:
o Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in the production process.
o Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations.

• Resource Management:
o Manage and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
o Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain processes.
• Health and Safety Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the factory.
o Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace incidents.
• Budget Oversight:
o Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the operations budget.
o Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to maximize operational efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement:
o Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to implement best practices.
o Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to keep the factory at the forefront of operational excellence.
• Communication and Collaboration:
o Foster effective communication and collaboration between different departments.
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as production, maintenance, and quality assurance.
• Reporting and Analysis:
o Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior
management.
o Use data analysis to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• ERP Key user:
o Ensure fluid communication with the IT team to guaranty optimised use of the ERP.
o Propose upgrade and build requested specifications
