Your responsibility

• Manage and develop department employees so they are motivated and well trained in order to carry out their responsibilities and required standards.
• Maintain competence matrix for white and blue collar personnel within the area of responsibility.
• Responsible to inform employees and monitor that we follow the local laws for health and safety.
• Develop and implement existing and new processes, methods and tools to achieve a lean, safe and effective Assembly Operation.
• Lead the daily WMS meetings and secure capacity planning both short and long term.
• Manage the order backlog for on time deliveries.
• Stock management.
• Participate in cost calculation for overhauls and repairs.
• Develop, manage and report KPI’s and implement/manage WCA / 5S.
• Participate in project meetings and customer audits.
• Expense budgeting
• Learn and work according to Dellner Quality system and other processes and according to the Dellner values.

The successful candidate will have the following profile

Job experiences:

• Minimum of 4 years university education within the area of responsibility.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience within mechanical production.
• High skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
• ISO 9001/14001, IRIS is a merit.
• Experience from ERP system (Movex is a merit) and MS Office.

Personal skills:

• Communicative leader with strong people and leadership skills in order to train and build a strong team.
• Energy to drive continuous improvements to meet business objectives and demands.
• Team oriented with good personal skills and willingness to cooperate with colleagues, other departments and subsidiaries worldwide.
• Well organized and structured, highly motivated for the job and with an open attitude.
• At least 2 years experience of workshop management.
