Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the company's bonded area related logistics policies, procedures and strategies

  • Implementation of IM group's Operations Policies and Procedures

  • Manage and direct all operations activities to ensure accomplishment of customer requirements.

  • Assess performance indicators and take appropriate actions to ensure schedule, cost, and quality goals are met.

  • Provide leadership and commitment in support of continuing improvements in quality, productivity, and delivery performance.

  • Assure that Environmental, Health, and Safety issues are addressed considering local regulations, IM policy, and good corporate citizenship.

  • Responsible for the direction and control of purchasing, material planning, inventory, and customer service functions.

  • Develop and maintain innovative and effective cost reduction programs throughout operations.

  • Assist and execute all Strategic Plan objectives as defined by respective BU

  • Develop budgets and resource plans, and monitor performance, to achieve product delivery and financial requirements.

  • Coordinate and assist with corporate initiatives and participate on teams in order to drive best practices.

  • Maintain ISO, TAPA certifications.

  • Ensure overall compliance of Quality Management System (QMS) across the entire facility.

  • Promote and enhance high performance, two way communication and high engagement culture.

  • Submit timely and accurate reports as required by line and functional management detailing all relevant aspects within area of responsibility.

  • Plan and Organize Receiving, Storing, Issuing & Tracking of Inventory to maximum accuracy. Ensure compliance of laid down inventory count/control processes

  • Provide active support in business development process

  • Liaise with Freight Forwarders/carrier, negotiate rates and transportation services

  • Manage vendor shipping schedules

  • Monitor and check all freight invoices and settlements

  • Ensure compliance to agreed Operations KPI

  • Provide project management support as and when required


Requirement:

  • Bachelor & above;

  • More than 8 years related working experiences in supply chain;

  • Proficiency of English;

  • Warehouse operations and management, incl. B2B & B2C;

  • Import & Export & bonded warehouse management;

  • Transportation management;

  • Project management;

  • Capabilities of communication and problem-solving skills; data analysis; decision-making, and interpersonal skills;

  • Attention to quality and details
