Job Description
1. Supervision - Manage and direct the activities of the warehouse staff to ensure safe and effective operations.
2. Inventory - Develop and implement policies and procedures aimed at meeting stock requirements for the regional market, required turns, and effective control of scrap and slow moving inventory.
3. Accounting: Ensure established accounting procedures and safeguards are implemented successfully and maintained accordingly.
4. Delivery: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure on-time delivery from Service Center stocks.
5. Accounts Payable: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure payroll and other obligations are recorded accurately and paid in a timely manner.
6. Building & Equipment - Develop and implement procedures to ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of the building, grounds and all SC equipment.
7. Scheduling: Develop and maintain schedules for employees and equipment to ensure optimal utilization of SC resources and high service level.
8. Purchasing: Develop and implement policies and procedures for the effective procurement and control of operating and office supplies, non-HII materials, transportation services, conversion services, and other products/services as required.
9. Training - Develop and implement training programs for all employees covering: job safety and the safe operation of all processing and material handling equipment; standard operating procedures for receiving, inspecting, processing, packaging and shipping; and all pertinent company policies and procedures.

Education: B.S./B.A. Degree with concentration in Management and/or Business.
Experience: Two or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing and/or warehousing environment.
Areas of Knowledge: General Knowledge of the following: Safe Operating Procedures in a Manufacturing and/or Warehousing Environment , Metals and Related Processing Equipment, Inventory Planning/Control Systems , Business Application Software,, Accounting Practices/Procedures , Packaging and Shipping Procedures , Export Policies, Procedures, and Documentation.
Skills: Oral and Written Communication in English, Computer skills, Organizational skills, Leadership, Inventory Management, Accounting, Problem Solving, Multitasking , Data/Business Analysis and Interpersonal.
Role Purpose: Manage and control all aspects of the Shanghai Service Center operations safely and effectively.
