Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, with foreign brand hotel experience in the same position for more than 2 years, skilled use of OPERA system;
2. Familiar with the management of the operation department of the hotel lobby, housing, etc., with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism;
3. Supervise the service quality standards and operational process standards of the employees in the front hall, guest rooms and SPA, and implement comprehensive supervision of each work.
