Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets and operations issues
  • Analyze store sales data and make action plans 
  • Handle customer complaints and enquiries in a timely manner, in order to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage the implementation of company regulation; operation policies and procedures.
  • Provide effective on-the-job training and guidance to team members.

 

Job Requirements 

  • Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills.
  • 2 years experiences in management
