Job Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets and operations issues
- Analyze store sales data and make action plans
- Handle customer complaints and enquiries in a timely manner, in order to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage the implementation of company regulation; operation policies and procedures.
- Provide effective on-the-job training and guidance to team members.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills.
- 2 years experiences in management
