Responsibilities
‧ Manage budgets and forecasts related to operations across the group of companies.
‧ Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
‧ Review and adjust the workflow of operations support staff and reassign tasks to improve efficiency in the operation.
‧ Lead and manage the warehouse team, including day-to-day operations, warehouse planning, shipment co-ordination, Import/Export licensing control.
‧ Set-up KPIs for administration and warehouse operations and monitor its effectiveness.
‧ Supervise, train and coach the administration and warehouse staff.
‧ Inventory management, stock forecasting, stock replenishing and depletion plan.
‧ Management of supply chain procedures.
‧ Negotiate with logistics suppliers to improve supply chain efficiency and cost.
‧ Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
‧ Manage ERP system to improve operation efficiency

 

Requirements
‧ Proven work experience as operations manager or similar role
‧ Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
‧ Experience budgeting and forecasting
‧ Familiarity with business and financial principles
‧ Excellent communication skills & leadership ability
‧ Outstanding organizational skills
‧ Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
