Job Description

How Will You Make an Impact?
To manage the Operations of Fisher Clinical Services Singapore Distribution Centre in accordance to cGMP standards, and to lead a team of staff to achieve the company goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise and guide Operations team and ensure that the staff are working in accordance with cGMP standard and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ensure that the operation and work procedures and process are well maintained and conducted in accordance with cGMP standards and compliance with SOPs.
  • Ensure that the inventory of supplies is accurately maintained with the supporting documentation.
  • Develop and execute training plans and programs for staff within area of responsibility.
  • Ensure staff is adequately trained and their training records are well maintained, and that the required initial and continuing training of staff is carried out and adapted according to need.
  • Develop and train staff to optimize their contribution to achieve department and company goals.
  • Plan and manager resources capacity to ensure the Singapore facility has sufficient capacity and resource to support daily activities.
  • Work with the Finance department in responsibility for Profit and Loss.
  • Contribute to the preparation of related budgets; responsible for operations budget and implementation of cost reduction initiatives.
  • Supervise and implement risk/change management within area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for all operational duties and process improvement in the operations using PPI tools.
  • Participation in management reviews of process performance, product quality and of the Pharmaceutical Quality System and advocating continual improvement.
  • Ensure efficient & effective day to day operations Ensure On-time completion of tasks (receiving, delivering, packaging) Ensure the qualification and maintenance of department, facility, premises and equipment. Ensure that the appropriate validations (including process validation) are done.
  • Manage and work with other functions to ensure flawless communication and execution.
  • Vendor management.
  • Continuous process & productivity improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or relevant.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management etc. in people manager capacity.
  • Experience in Facility Management (understanding the operation and technical workings to maintain a site facility).
  • Experience in overseeing the operations and leading a team.
  • Highly motivated and committed to support company’s transformational journey.
  • Decision maker, good people management and leadership skill.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to changing conditions.
