Job Description

Our client is a famous & international hospitality design company from US. They have a well-establish teams in their Hong Kong studio. They are currently looking for an experienced operation manager to handle general office & HR matters.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle Operations & HR related matters but not limited to all rounded recruitment, performance management and manpower planning.
  • Lead the general office team.
  • Implementing company policy
  • Manage HR strategies from time to time to ensure legal compliance and market competitiveness.
  • Lead the admin. team and ensure the team provide professional and efficient services.
  • Prepare various analyze reports, proposals and budget forecast reports to management.
  • Be accountable for ad-hoc projects and related duties when required.
  • Coordinate with overseas offices for senior’s itinerary and inter-office matters

 

Requirements

  • Oversea educated with degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • Over 10 years’ experience in HR, with at least 7 years at management capacity in a sizable organisation, experience in Design related industry is highly preferred
  • Well-verses in HK Employment Ordinance, HK work visa arrangement and related regulations.
  • Positive with ”Can Do” attitude, detail-minded, well organized and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and build relationships
  • Immediately available is an advantage.
