About the role
We are looking for an analytically and execution oriented individual to help grow and sustain our Fleet and Taxi business in Taiwan. Operations Associates/Manager will work closely with Supply Lead to manage all our Fleet and Taxi partners to grow supply, eliminate risks, gain support from the industry and ensure their financial & regulatory compliance.
You will need to come with an entrepreneurial attitude, and utilize your negotiation and communication skills to build meaningful relationships with partners and effectively manage them. You will also need to help to develop and optimize processes and strategies to help the growth of the rides business.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree. Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, business consulting, account management
- Management
- Management experience with direct reports preferred
- Experience in data analytics, or startups is a plus
- Excellent partner communication skills and negotiation ability
- Open-minded and enjoy building relationships with people from all walks of life
- Detail oriented with great project management skills
- Great Excel modeling and data management skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders internally across different functional teams, as well as externally within industry
- Business savvy with Rental and/or Taxi industry knowledge
- Excellent logic reasoning to be able to grasp the ever changing industry regulations
- Basic legal and/or tax experience/knowledge a plus
What You’ll Do
About the Team
- Build and sustain a meaningful relationship with fleet and Taxi partners
- Initiate, plan, and implement projects/strategies and processes that would enhance our relationships with partners, grow our rides business, as well as increase efficiency
- Execute current partner projects, and continually optimizing project details with industrial knowledge
- Identify business opportunities with partners and help our partners grow while growing our own business
- Engage and manage both internal and external stakeholders to gain industry support and push projects forward
- Effectively manage team of partner POCs
