Come and be a part of the team creating SoC and chip-set designs and products for Intel Architecture. The Chipsets Silicon Group performs HW development for SoCs that compose Intel platforms across multiple market segments in client and data-center. This position is for an Operations Manager in the SoC Front-End Design team. Responsibilities include headcount planning, hiring activities, managing the budget for contingent workers, coordinating team training, and working with SFD staff and across the team in areas critical to team function. The position also affords exposure and visibility within CSG.

In addition to the qualifications listed below, the ideal candidate will demonstrate behavioral traits including leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
You must possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical / Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, and 14+ years of industry experience including:
- Fundamental team functions, including hiring, budget forecasting, and team operations
- A history of working in / familiarity with engineering teams focused on development and execution
