Operations Manager in charge of F&B (F/M)

What you will be doing:

·  Assists the General Manager in implementing the brand and hotel strategy, in order to meet targets for quality of service, attitude and profitability for the operations departments

·  Has managerial responsibility for all the positions in his or her remit; ensuresthe team's talents are developed

·  Is responsible for providing innovation and renewal in the hotel's service offer

·  Ensures quality in the provision of Rooms, Food & Beverage and Meetings services, by implementing reference guides for those departments

·  Instils a sales mindset to employees through continuous stimulation (upselling, incentives, challenges...)

Your experience and skills include:

·  Previous experience in a leadership role, within a similar hotel brand required

·  Extensive Hotel operations experience required

·  Demonstrated knowledge of budget planning and financial controls

·  University degree in a related discipline preferred

·  As an Operation Manager in charge of F&B, you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level by managing the opening of our two new concepts

·  Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
