Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Create monthly internal controlling report and support monthly financial bookings aligning with
internal accounting department and third-party tax consultants
- Summarize monthly sales results and order status
- Manage documentation process by creating necessary legal or financial documents (such as
invoices, contract, etc.) and track payment procedure
- Support import and export process of goods
- Responsible for inventory management
- Regularly communicate with customers and answer customers’ requests regarding products,
pricing and transport
- Support online and offline marketing activities, such as promotion campaigns and exhibitions
- Team assistance: internal coordination, meeting organization, hiring process
Our Requirements:
- University degree with at least 1-2 years or above working experience in the areas of
management, controlling, marketing, business administration, HR or logistics etc.
- Readiness to work at a small-sized company at early stage in a fast-growing team
- Team management experience
- Advanced level in Microsoft software
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills and project management abilities
- Sufficient fluency in both English and German (above C1), Chinese fluency is a plus
- Ideally based in Frankfurt
- Can be on-boarding asap
