Job Description
Operations Manager (based in Shenzhen)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, manage and monitor a team in Shenzhen as well as remotely two offices in Ningbo and Changzhou – in total 15 team-members in China
- Coordinate and being actively involved in sourcing, negotiating and managing the purchase of products and sub-contractors
- Manage and lead the negotiation of terms and conditions with suppliers in China
- Coordinate and manage ad-hoc projects with Headquarters in Germany, Sales Office in Hong Kong and suppliers in China
- Develop, coordinate and manage QC/QA process within the purchase organization in China
- Develop, coordinate and manage shipping process within the purchase organization in China
- Plan, manage and monitor the cost center of the offices in China
Requirements
- Degree holder in either engineering or business administration
- 3 years’ experience of managing a team and working with mainland Chinese suppliers
- Product and Market knowledge of Consumer Electronics preferred
- Located in Shenzhen
- Self-motivated and pro-active personality
- Ability to work independent
- Practically and solution oriented mindset
- Flexibly and ability to work under pressure
- Hands-on mentality
- A native German speaker with fluent in English and Mandarin would be an advantage
- project management skills would be considered as being an advantage

? 负责计划、 管理和监控中国采购办事处的成本
任职资格和工作经验:
? 持有工程或工商管理专业学位
? 最少3 年管理团队和与中国内地供应商合作的经验
? 首选拥有消费类电子产品和市场知识经验者
? 现居于深圳
? 自我激励和积极主动的性格
? 独立思考及执行能力强
? 有实际解决问题的导向思维
? 具备较强的抗压能力和灵活安排工作能力
? 直接参与业务营运
? 流利的英语、普通话 (德语流利者优先考虑)
? 具备项目管理技能将被视为优势条件
