Job Description
Provide administrative and operational support to the Students Services Team and handle students' application process
Assist in data collection, document verification, test date sign-ups, logistics planning, deadline monitoring and other routine admin duties as required throughout the year.
Maintain frequent communication with families and students
Assist with consulting team for overseas education application process management
Perform ad-hoc assignments as per required.
Occasionally outdoor work is required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a keen interest in the Education sector.
Detail-oriented and well-organized with good communication skills.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Able to work flexibly under tight deadlines and in dealing with different time zones and cultures.
Overseas experience is an advantage but not a must.
Immediate available is highly preferred
