With our aggressive global expansion plan in 2019, we are now recruiting for the teams in Southeast Asia Region (including Taiwan, Hong Kong/Macau, Australasia, and South China exports). This role is an operational position to overall manage a portfolio of ECMS e-commerce shipping products. The ideal candidate is good at building strong oversea networks and managing projects within Southeast Asia. The position is based in Hong Kong or Shenzhen, and directly report to the Program Manager (Southeast Asia Region).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with Network Development team, implement and maintain efficient work processes and respective trouble shooting of parcels operations
• Participate and support new cross-border shipping products
• Follow up with related parties to fix the incidents with action plan
• Work closely with Customer Services and Warehouse team
• Take on ad-hoc projects as assigned by management

Education and Experience requirements

• Degree holder or above in any discipline
• Fresh graduates in supply chain/logistics/shipping are welcome to apply

Job Skills and Competencies for this position 

• Able to cope with fast-pace environment, initiative and work independently
• Able to work under pressure
• Passion in E-Commerce and target to develop career in the logistics field
• Excellent and strong communication skills in both English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Offices (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc)
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Operations Officer
