Job Description

Job Description:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to operations team and theatres
  • Responsible for administration support in theatres such as license management, replenishment, inventory control, stock take, etc.
  • Prepare sales report analysis and operations reports regularly for management review
  • Update POS system
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree holder with 2 years relevant experience, preferably in retail or F&B industry
  • Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, detail-minded and organized
  • Proficient in MS Office, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Immediate available is preferred
