岗位职责：
1、负责联系客户，接收订舱，安排订舱/放舱、拖车/报关，货物跟踪等事宜;
2、联系客户以及国外代理，与客户保持良好的沟通与交流;
3、保持与船公司、拖车行、报关行等相关合作伙伴良好的关系;
4、处理各类突发事件并及时向上级汇报;
5、完成上级交办的其他相关工作

为了能胜任该岗位，您将需要：

1、大专以上学历，国贸、物流相关专业; 
2、熟悉货代操作流程, 尤其有东南亚航线，一票到底经验加分；
3、责任心强，细心，有较佳的沟通表达能力，应变能力强;
4、英语4级以上，读写能力佳;
