Your Role – Fast paced, Challenging And Customer focused! In this pivotal role, you will be the link between operational teams on site, the Operations and Maintenance Control Room and Management. Specifically, you will be responsible for: Designing Education City Timetables, Duty Cards and rosters as per available resources Processing Permit to Work requests for works during Engineering Hours Compiling key performance data, analysing them and formulating periodic reports Supporting periodic audits conducted by the Client and Transport Authorities Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid! Minimum 3 years of experience in railway operations. Experience in Planning process and rostering are preferred Good command of the English language: verbal and written. Problem solving skills Sound aptitude in Excel; data handling Collaborative attitude and solid interpersonal skills What else do you need to know?
