Position: Operations Planning Senior Associate

Location: Hong Kong

Job Purpose:

To assist the Team Head in reviewing and streamlining the operations of the entire Hong Kong branch.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the write up/update/review of all branch-related procedures and guidelines to ensure adequate operational control is in place.
• Assist various functions head in resources planning.
• To plan and to work with various stakeholders within the branch to implement operational upgrades.
• Maintain an advisory role to observe the branch ensuring the laid down procedures and guidelines are properly executed.
• Oversee the timely provision of business data to bank management through coordination with other departments.

Requirements:

• University Graduate or above
• At least 5 years of operation experience from corporate banks; candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate
• Proactive, hands-on, flexible and efficient
• Articulate person with effective communication skill
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
