Responsibilities:

• Act as manufacturing process specialist during the project phase of building up
  manufacturing in China
• Ensures stable supply of motors out of the China manufacturing site
• Leads a team of employees in Maintenance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality in China
• Is responsible for a cost-effective manufacturing and organization development
• Reports defined KPI to Editron Management
• Initiates cost down initiatives on production and product level
• Involves Danfoss Productivity Program (DPP) organization in the optimization process for
  manufacturing.
• Perform an on-site training in Finland to understand current processes (travel availability is a must)
• Supports local SAP introduction as well as other systems needed to run manufacturing and
  related functional areas

Requirements:

• Having Processing Engineering/Production Management background in the Automotive Industry is a plus.

• Having previous experience in electric motor production will be a plus.
