We are looking for

Operations Specialist TW, HK, MC

to support our Team. (ID 1696)

DEVELOPMENT FOR RETAIL OPERATIONS

• Conduct frequent store visits
• Develop and maintain retail Standard Operations Procedures
• Instore briefing and advising of retail standard operating procedures (cash, omnichannel, staff planning etc), VM, MM, product, KPI, business administration
• Provide feedback to HR L&D regarding training needs, approaches and tools and execute approaches from HR L&D to develop operational skills of store staff
• Act as “Task Force” that can be parachuted into those stores with problems
• Discuss and help HR L&D to optimize the training system in accordance to retail demand
• Ensure effective routine on-the-job training and monitor the store trainer (i.e. Store Manager, Sales Supervisor) on daily store operation to deliver consistent and best in market customer experience
  

  CONSUMER SERVICE

• Briefing and coaching of selling skills, service standards, onboarding plan, etc
• Elevate service and selling skills by developing guiding principles for sales optimization
  

  OTHER DUTIES

• Executions of Global HR tools in retails
