Responsibility:

• Responsible for daily airfreight operations

• Able to handle full set export document and pre-alert (e.g. Mawb, Hawb, Manifest, debit note etc)

• Co-ordinate with warehouse and subcontractor

• Data Entry and Filing

Requirements:

• F.5 or above

• At least 2-3 year relevant experience in freight forwarding

• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Proficient in MS office, including MS Word and Excel

• Self-motivated, confident and able to work under pressure

• Work Location: Kwai Fong

• Work day: 5.5 days (Day shift: Mon 09:00-18:00, Sat 09:00-13:00 & Night shift Mon 17:00 – 02:00 , Sat 18:00 – 22:00)
