You will manage MNS-DB production planning to coordinate production line with engineering & PM & Logistic &QC. This is an Operations/Supply Planner role reporting to Project Management Office Manager in Business Area – Electrification, Distribution Solutions located in Xiamen, China which provides defined services to the internal customers with best quality in the most efficient way.
Your responsibilities
- Engaging in MNS-DB capacity management during sales orders and operations planning, master scheduling, material requirements planning, and production activity control.
- Identifying capacity constraints and recommending both short- & long-term solutions and mitigation plan to remove bottleneck, production and demand analysis.
- Setting up and executing production and material control system, managing of planning data to maintain in SAP&OP system.
- Co-ordinating with other functions (Project Management, Production, engineering, Quality, Procurement and logistic) in planning and delivery, especially coordinate to balance PM & Engineering & Material control and production to control the schedule.
- Preparing report on production plan, delivery and inventory activities, recommending improvements and modification, performing and managing planning actives and team.
- Managing with QC&ME&QA to control MNS-DB production to follow up MNS certificate.

Your background
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 5 years on planning functions jobs in production field.
- Must be good at data analysis and management.
- Good skills of computer, especially of MS PPT & Project) and SAP.
- Strong communication and organizing capability, with strong sense of responsibility.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
