Key responsibilities

• Set up and monitor the SOP & KPI of warehouse, including labelling, distribution and E-commerce operations (pick & pack, courier service, etc).
• Liaise with forwarders for the shipment delivery and discrepancy.
• Monitor & prepare the discrepancy report, coordinated with procurement to fix.
• Monitor purchase order preparation, and prepare purchase orders when needed.
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy of stock movement record in system.
• Check and complete the stock transactions of shops & warehouse in system.
• Cost control of local transportation, and trucking service arrangement when needed.
• Quotation checking & comparison of forwarder and couriers.
• Statistics report preparations.
• Recruit, coach and motivate fellow employees.
• Perform cycle count & stock take periodically.
• Discuss with outsourcing IT company for the system amendment in order to enhance systems efficiency.
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of department services provided.
• Assistant to warehouse for shipment receiving, labeling and distribution when needed.
• Assistant to goods distribution by trucks when needed, like van service. 
• Support to Ad hoc projects like sales event.

Requirements

• High Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, or business related disciplines. 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Logistics process, E-Commerce, warehouse and inventory management or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years in supervisory level.
• Basic PC and Microsoft office skills, proficiency in Cantonese, English and basic Putonghua.
• ERP or WMS knowledge will be an advantage.
• Good leadership, team-oriented, high attention to details, problem solving skills
• Able to work under pressure in dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and working independently.
• Candidates with short notice or immediate availability preferred.

Working hours: Mon – Sat 10:00-19:00, alternate Saturday off. No shift duties required
