Roles and responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing a variety of events such as Mini Beer Fests, Beer Tasting Events, Homebrew Workshops, etc.
- Liaise with on-site and off-site client contacts to ensure that the highest level of customer service is delivered.
- Manage and execute daily retail shops operations.
- Liaise with external vendors and explore potential partnerships.
- Prepare and design marketing materials.
- Learn a lot about beers and drink them.
The ideal candidate would be:
- A beer lover! You do not need to know all your beers, we will teach you anything beer related.
- Proactive, creative, independent, and energetic!
- A team player and a natural problem solver.
- Fluent in both Cantonese and English.
- Fluent in written Chinese and English.
- Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- University graduate majoring in events management or communications preferred, but not a must.
- 1-2 years of retail and/or events planning related experience (fresh graduates will also be considered)
- Enthusiastic with creatives and have experience with related softwares (preferred, but not a must.)
