Job Description:

1. communicate with overseas agents for shipping instruction;

2. communicate with shpr for bkg receiving and p/u arrangment;

3. communicate with airline agent or CP/HKG for booking space,and awb verification;

4. issue all docs necessary for air transport in fm3000,such as hawb ,cargo manefist,d/n and so on);

5. create spot, update shpt on the way events on time and upload prealert docs into spot timely and correctly;

6. key in cost and purchase for each hawb into fm3000 timely and correctly to make sure file close on time;

7. issue d/n on time and push local shprs for earlier settlement;

8. other jobs assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

1. colleague degree or above,major in english,foreign trade or logistic managment will be prefered;

2. good at basic computer skills,such as word,excel;

3. good english ability in reading,writing and basic speaking;

4. working experience in an international freight forwarding or air carriers would be a big advantage;

5. basic knowledge on import and export procedures;

6. basic knowledge on customs declaration.
