Job Description:

• Perform daily computer operations
• Monitor batch job scheduling and server processing
• Perform 1st level diagnosis and trouble-shooting
• Maintain operation menu / administration document
• Handle the adhoc request task.

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above with some formal training in computer studies
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Able to work independently under pressure
• 24 x 7 shift duty is required
• Experienced in system operation on Mainframe / Windows platform and software tools (Tivoli Workload Scheduler / Control-M/ CICS) is an advantage
