• According to the drawing & process ?welding the parts with SMAW/PAW/GMAW/TIG/SAW.

  按图纸及工艺要求对零部件进行SMAW/PAW/GMAW/TIG/SAW焊接;

• Self-inspection the welding quality

  对焊接质量进行自检确保合格;

• Finished the assignments quality and timely

  按质按量及时完成领导安排的工作任务;

• Daily maintenance for the welding machine

  对焊机进行日常的维护和保养;

• Independent management 6S in welding area

  对工作区域进行6S的自主管理;

• Finished other assignments by the leader

  完成领导交办的其他工作任务.

  Comply with any rules specific to a particular site and any Company wide health, safety or environmental requirements.

Education and/or Experience:

Technical school or professional school graduated minimum

技校或中专以上学历

3-5 years experience in welding operation.

从事焊接工作3-5年的经验

Has knowledge of welding valves or compress equipment is preferred

有相关阀门焊接经验或压力容器焊接经验将优先考虑。

Has training experience of GB/EN/ASME WPQ is preferred

接受过按GB/EN/ASME标准的焊接技能考核和焊接资质的优先考虑

Ability to read and interpret welding drawing with mandarin

能看懂理解焊接符号，图纸

Mathematical:

Ability to calculate filet size ,consumable cost

对耗材损耗，焊角尺寸能够进行简单的计算

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to analysis welding defect

能够简单解释焊接缺陷的成因

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: if not applicable, delete this line

Welder license mandatory required

必须持有焊工上岗证
