The Job

• Client: A Global IT/Business Consultancy
• Position: Data Center Operator
• Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support including data center operations, equipment maintenance and service provisioning
• Incident handling, problem troubleshooting and escalation to upper tier as well as maintain accurate records, document all problems and prepare reports
• 24x7 shift duty and emergency scheduling of work is required
• $18-22K, medical, bonus

Requirements

• Technical Institute/University Graduate in Computer Science or related discipline
• UNIX or Windows basic operation knowledge
• Experience in server monitoring
• Able to perform 24x7 shift duty
• Fluent English speaking and writing
