Job Description
- Support suture project daily production management work; 支持缝线项目日常生产管理工作
- To operate machine in a safe and effective manner that ensures maximum performance and longevity
of equipment ; 以安全和有效的方式操作机器，确保机器高效持续运行 ；
- Comply with all aspects of good manufacturing practice to maintain full material and product traceability; 遵守生产管理规范的所有方面，维护全部物料和产品的可追溯性；
- Follow manufacturing specifications to consistently produce products to the required quality standard;遵循生产技术规范，始终符合生产质量标准的产品；
- Work closely with engineers, modify the machine settings to compensate for product variations;与工程师紧密合作，产品变化时修改机器设置 ;
- According to the work order production plan , completes the material balance；根据工单生产计划需求，做好物料平衡；
- Other job assign by cell leader; 生产线主管安排的其它工作。
Qualifications
- Good Working habit (5S), quality sense; 良好的工作习惯(5S)与质量意识；
- Understand quality procedure, meet the quality requirement, can deal with the nonconformance and scarp according to the procedure , complete the work consistence with the GMP requirement; 理解质量流程，满足质量要求，包括不合格品，报废品的控制以及返工的流程，掌握要求的DHR 与GMP 知识；
- Independent operation skill, include dealing with abnormal situation independently and correctly; 独立操作技能，包括独立正确的处理异常情况的能力；
- Good awareness of production safety；良好的安全生产意识；
- Do the job according to the standard requirement, meet the requirement of productivity and quality; 执行标准化操作，满足产量和质量要求；
- Proactive co-operation with foreman and engineer; 能够积极配合领班和工程师的工作；
- Can provide the suggestion to the site improvement; 积极的对现场改进提出合理的建议；
- Team Work spirit。团队精神。
