Job Description
Visually inspect and assemble components into a completed container system according to approved ISO 9001, ISO 13485 Quality System Requirements, Medical Device Directive, 21CFRpart820 Quality System Regulations (FDA), Canadian Medical Device Regulations, and established standard operating procedures.
The incumbent will assist in the development of manufacturing process improvements and maintain a safe and productive work environment.
NATURE AND SCOPE
This position requires a complete knowledge of all container assembly and engraving processes, as well as a basic understanding of packaging and shipping. This position requires an understanding of the quality system and will maintain a close working relationship with Quality Management.
The ability to work with tools and good manual dexterity are requirements for this position, as well as taking the initiative and direction to work on the assembly team.
The position requires the ability to accurately engrave all orders processed in a timely fashion, while assisting in the various components of the assembly process. A limited knowledge of keyboard operation is required.
