Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the application services of ophthalmic devices in the international market;
2. Installation and application training for customers in the international market (online and on-site);
3. Installation and application support for customers in the international market (online mainly);
4. On-site support for overseas business and exhibition activities;
5. Undertake primary malfunction diagnosis and provide resolutions;
6. Collect and organize market products materials;
7. Assist international sales department in product promotion;
8. Assist in the English translation of international technical documents;
9. Provide support for the company's domestic business activities when necessary;
10. Work in the domestic application department in the early stage for product skill training.

Requirements

1. Ophthalmology, optometry, clinical medicine, biomedicine, life science and other related majors, bachelor degree or above;
2. More than three years of operation experience in ophthalmic OCT device of big brands or more than three years of international application positions in the ophthalmic equipment industry;
3. Proficiency in English, written and oral communication. Familiar with computers, electronic equipment and medical vocabulary, especially ophthalmology; Advanced Chinese language skill. (Bilingual interview).
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong ability to withstand pressure;
5. Accept business trips and short-term overseas dispatch needs;
6. Adapt to flexible working hours in multiple time zones;
7. Those whose visas are restricted for international trips due to personal factors will not be considered;
8. Experience in international application positions is preferred;
9. Experience in ophthalmic equipment service is preferred;
