The position (part time) reports to the Intel Labs Geo Representative in Germany providing counsel to senior management in assisting and/or driving business decision-making processes. This role performs diverse and complex operational duties, requiring a broad range of responsibility in support of the Intel Labs groups in Germany as well as working with internal and external partners like other Intel Business Groups, Universities, or Intel Customers. Work is varied, requiring flexibility, judgment, high self-organization, and initiative.

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Become the strategic operations partner to the IL Germany Leaders driving key initiatives and advising based on objective knowledge of the entire organization.

• Accountability for operational programs in Intel Labs in Germany.

• Manage the financial part of publicly funded projects and related tools.

• Create, compile and support project progress reports based on inputs from the researchers; review, proofread and improve project reports from a language perspective.

Qualifications

• Capacity to work in close collaboration with the Intel Labs Leaders and Managers in Germany regarding IL Germany activities

• Ability to manage tasks, prioritize and provide support in a very dynamic, fast paced environment is critical

• High eve of interpersonal skills teamwork, communication and business skills executing administrational/operational matters effectively and efficiently

• Several years of comparable experience needed, administrative and operational support within Intel desire.

• Fluent in both English and German
