Job Description
Planner based in Kaohsiung: Manage Subcon WIP Level, C/T output & commit to ensure QTD to end
customers. Sends Daily load plan to subcontractor based on capacity commit. Maintain data in Cypress
planning system based on Subcontractor's CT and capacity commit. Meet weekly with sucontractor to
discuss weekly metric performance. Provides Quarterly Performance Assessment Rating based on CT
and OTD performance. Execute expedite scheduling according to PC's instruction and monitor the
FIFO deviation. Track and report out the daily output. Define action plan to meet delivery schedule
whenever daily target is missed. Support planning to respond to excursion for minimizing the delivery
impact. Track lot shipment and ensure the on time reception of downstream operation update system
with WIP transaction and status at Subcon. Escate any other issue associated with delivery in the
daily meeting e.g. capacity, subcon, hold lot etc. Job Specific
Skills
Minimum work experience of 5 years as planner/supervisor.
