1) Teaching: deliver courses for students.
2) Research:
a. conduct research in optical engineering fields; apply for funding at the national, provincial or ministerial level; participate in application and undertake scientific research projects.
b. supervise or co-supervise postgraduate students.
c. publish at least 1 SCI paper each year as the first or corresponding author.
3) Discipline construction: assist in planning, assessment and development of Optical Engineering Discipline.
4) Public management & service: participate in the construction of school international website and the compilation of pamphlets; assist in global cooperation and communication; participate in the reception of foreigners.
5) Others: complete the temporary work assigned by research team or college.
