工作职责：

• 根据客户的要求，负责带领跨部门团队，进行光学系统的开发，包括项目可行性研究，规格制定，样品开发，生产和交付直至转到批量生产. According to customer requirements，be responsible for leading cross-functional team to develop optical systems, including feasibility study, specification definition, prototyping, production and delivery until transferring into mass production.
• 根据新产品导入的流程，负责从总部转移产品的工艺导入，负责创建规范，设计工艺 ，以及定义测试方法. According to internal process, be responsible for the product introduction of transferred products from the headquarters; be responsible for specifications, process design, and test methods.
• 根据公司业务目标，参与市场开发活动，协助处理客户询价，负责光学系统技术可行性评估，技术方案提供和技术支持. According to the company's business objectives, participate in marketing activities and support in handling customer inquiry, be responsible for optical system technical feasibility assessment, technical solution provision and technical support.
• 根据总部负责的项目要求，参与到总部的各种项目中，负责所分配的具体技术工作，包括采购可用性与可制造性评估，工艺评估等. According to the project requirements of the headquarters be responsible for the specific technical work assigned to the various projects at headquarters, including procurement availability and manufacturability assessment, process evaluation, etc.,

任职要求：

• 本科及以上学历，光学工程，物理学等相关专业. Bachelor degree or above in Optical Engineering, Physical or related.
• 五年以上光学设计经验或光学测试与测量经验, 三年以上使用光学设计软件的经验，Zemax优先; 有项目管理经验者优先. 5+ Years’ experience in optical system design, or optical testing and metrology, 3+ years’ experience in optical software design package, Zemax is preferred. Project management experience is preferred.
• 良好的英语口语和书面以及良好的沟通能力. Good command of spoken & written English and communication skills
• 优秀的分析与解决问题的能力. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
