Position Description:
• Lead AP Options team to drive growth in all the segments and regions.
• Drive (design & execute) & ownership of focused initiatives to maximize
Options revenue, margin, attach rate and overall portfolio contribution.
• Leadership for Options in sales cycles & processes to maximize financial
results & achieve KPIs.
• Builds & executes to operational plans for relevant products / customers,
develops the business through the usage of data analysis (metrics & business
performance), own & execute business management system to identify root cause
issues & actions to address. Provide recommendations (market, product &
program) to the region and AP teams to enable incremental business growth.
• Partners segment sales & marketing teams to develop & execute demand
generation programs.
• This position is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated
individual with sales & business development skills – product knowledge and
marketing awareness also required.

Position Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years selling / marketing experience required; degree qualified
advantageous
• Proficient in being able to sell the value of Options & associated solutions
vs. competitor products/services; understands technology & able to articulate
the practical application/contribution to customers’ requirements.
• Keen focus on customer needs (knows how to connect with customers) with
exceptional focus on business analytical skills.
• Ability to build effective “virtual” teams and drive results through others
in a complex cross-functional organization required. Strong negotiation and
influencing skills required, as well as an ability to interact effectively
with high level decision makers/executives.
• Adopt at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of business customers, Partner Channel & the PC industry
preferred.
• Entrepreneurial self starter; excels at superior unsupervised execution.
