#### Position Description:


Organization: Lenovo Datacenter Group (DCG) is addressing the $100 Billion+
worldwide market of enterprise products including server, networking, storage
and enterprise solutions. The Data Center Infrastructure (DCI) business unit
is responsible for product portfolio planning, product definition, product go-
to-market plan, product launch activities as well as full life-cycle ownership
of the servers and options.

Position Duties: The Options Product Manager will report to Director of DCI
product marketing with responsibilities including, but not limited to:
• Management of our CPU & memory portfolio for the DCI servers. Own the
specific elements of managing these options including market analysis,
definition of features, product positioning, value proposition, and
setting/achieving financial objectives;
• Drive end to end product management execution from concept phase to plan,
development, worldwide product launch, sustaining and EOL;
• Represent the option team in the Release Management Team to coordinate all
incoming requests.   This includes prioritizing the request and completing
necessary documentation to enable the new items
• Represent DCI business unit as member of Offering Definition Team (ODT) for
the specific options to achieve time, cost, product feature & innovation
objectives;
• Create product briefing & competitive analysis report to support successful
WW launch;
• Work closely with technology vendors to understand technology trends,
product roadmaps,
• Provide product communications to worldwide geographies’ teams as well as
jointly planning GTM to grow the specific option sales.
• Expect to take over other options to manage over time as changes demand

#### Position Requirements:


• Education credentials should include an EE or equivalent technical
undergraduate degree.
• 3-5 years’ working experience in IT industry, including some involved with
x86 server products
• Knowledge of x86 Server and Server Options;
• Work well in team environment with peers in product program management teams
in DCG and regional product marketing teams;
• Excellent written & presentation skills in both Mandarin and English;
