Eaton’s Global Financial Services and Systems is currently seeking an Oracle, EPM Administrator. This position is located in Beachwood, Ohio and is a hybrid model that will both work from home and in the office. To be considered for role, candidate must live within 50-mile radius of Eaton location. Position Overview: The Oracle, EPM Administrator will be responsible for the functional management of Eaton’s cloud-based finance system for the Industrial Application. This role is responsible for the development of all aspects of the admin support system specific to this application. This role will be integral to the development of the Industrial application in Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). In this function you will: Strategic partner with the EPBCS planning implementation team providing both functional and admin support Provide critical support and guidance in managing large scale, strategic enterprise cloud based finance systems projects Manage ongoing enhancements of finance systems, which include analyzing business processes, seeking greater efficiency and effectiveness for enterprise-wide finance process improvements Drive the execution of finance systems priorities consisting of cross-functional activities, maintenance activities and projects, with adherence to budget and quality measures Challenge status quo and conventional methods to drive change towards strategic transformation. Out of the box thinking and innovative; experiment with new approaches to influence the organization’s leaders to sell and drive initiatives and provide a persuasive vision of the future Attract, maintain and manage a high performing team including staffing, technical oversight, assistance with prioritization and project management to support the current finance systems and processes and the future business needs Support the GFSS Finance Systems Senior Manager as a strategic partner working with business units (within each Segment and across the Enterprise) and IT to formulate enhancement options to address specific functional issues / requirements Generate recommendations for solutions or improvements that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology Leads the relationship with Oracle Support for all cloud application issues; especially when escalations are required Ensures the efficiency and stability of the production applications by monitoring the timeliness of data availability, consistence of user connectivity and the flow of the automated scheduled jobs Why work at Eaton? Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited institution 7+ years in Accounting, Finance, and/or Finance Systems roles. Strong working knowledge of Oracle EPBCS Minimum 3 years’ experience as working an administrator for EPBCS. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Qualified candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of the posted location Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Preferred qualifications: Bachelors Degree with emphasis in information systems and technologies Strong knowledge of Oracle EPBCS business rules.
