Are you used to leading Fusion HCM projects? Can you plan and manage multiple projects that are running simultaneously? Do you have strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills? We’re looking for someone to be:

• responsible for Oracle Fusion HCM as a product/service lead with line manager responsibilities for a large delivery team (both onshore and offshore). Ensuring delivery of technology solutions that are value driven solutions and strengthen our position as digital leaders
• provide guidance and direction to teams to support Oracle best practices for implementation of projects to Core HR - Oracle Fusion HCM
• have a hands-on approach to planning and managing overall project schedules, for multiple projects running simultaneously, you could be a scrum master for some of these. This includes working closely with our application vendors
• manage budgets and be responsible for tracking and reporting of actuals and forecast
• accountable for resourcing and sizing of projects, aligning to approved budgets
• significant stakeholder engagement including leadership role in management meetings
• manage the budget, risks, dependencies, quality and change at product level
• drive effective project governance to stay in line with scope, budget and timelines including consistent report mechanisms
• assess and remediate risks including escalation, issues, tracking these plus deliverables on our RAID reports
