1. Be responsible for the English teaching of students from grade 1 to grade 6 in primary school, and cultivate their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills through interesting and interactive forms.
2. Design classroom activities suitable for children's cognitive characteristics (such as games, songs, situational dialogues, etc.) to create an immersive English environment.
3. Prepare lessons according to the school syllabus and regularly feedback on students' learning progress.
4. Assist in organizing campus activities such as English corners and international cultural festivals.
5. Respect Chinese culture and actively collaborate with Chinese teachers in teaching and research.
6. Native English speakers from countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, holding TEFL/TESOL certificates or teaching qualifications from their home countries;
7. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to those with a background in education or English;
8. At least one year of teaching experience in primary schools, passionate about children's education, patient and friendly;
9. Familiar with the characteristics of primary school English teaching in China, and able to adapt to a cross-cultural working environment.
