Job responsibilities：

Responsible for guiding the process design and development of oral dosage forms, including the formulations design and development of innovative drug product and generic drug product.

Qualification：

1.Ph.D.in pharmaceutical, chemistry and related field

2.Above 20 years working experience in oral dosage forms of new drug R&D, experience in multiple projects R&D and getting drug approvals.

3.At least 10 years of oral dosage forms of innovative drug R&D experience in European and American pharmaceutical companies, and extensive experience in registration of drug product in Europe and America.

4.Deep theoretical foundation and rich R&D practice experience in drug product, strong technical guidance and problem-solving abilities for oral dosage forms of innovative drug.

5.Good communication and presentation skills, and good team collaboration awareness.
