Position overview: Siemens Industry is looking for an Order Controller to support the Large Drives (LD) business located in New Kensington, Pa. This position will report directly to the Manger, Project Controlling in NKN. The roles and responsibilities of the Order Controller begins when the order /contract is received and approved. The order controller is then responsible for follow all internal processes to complete the transactions vital to book the order/contract in SAP and follow through project execution through completion and close out of the order/project. The Order Controller will work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement and Logistics. Responsibilities: Responsible to review all assigned new orders received for commercial completeness. Complete booking process of new orders received and approved in SAP. Complete bill plans in SAP and update accordingly. Complete/review monthly financial forecasts for revenue and margin Update/maintain appropriate dates in SAP for accurate delivery reliability KPI’s. Responsible for adding all material requirements onto SAP order for manufacturing of scope and also, procurement of parts/materials. Required knowledge / skills / education and experience: High School Degree SAP required Microsoft office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) Experience and proficiency in the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Ability to work in fast paced environment. Must have strong interpersonal skills Must be able to work in team environment.
