Position Overview This role is part of the Order Management and Logistics Team and is responsible for generating the Sales Orders in SAP. This position will process these orders, reviewing and clearing order holds and follow up with any issue that might arise during the order creation process. This is a fast-paced environment as the industry is very lead-time sensitive and turn-around time is one of the key metrics. Responsibilities Generating Sales Orders in SAP Placing and resolving discrepant customer Purchase Orders prior to processing Validating discounts and resolving pricing discrepancies Processing of change orders from the customers Assist with daily reports Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience 2+ years of experience in order entry or customer facing position Associates degree in business or equivalent in work experience Strong communication skills demonstrating capabilities in both virtual and in-person environments Microsoft Office Suite (word, outlook, excel) knowledge Where permitted by applicable law, Siemens may require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 based on job requirements, and in accordance with an accommodation based on legally protected reasons.
