Eaton’s Critical Power and Digital Infrastructure division is currently seeking an Order Fulfillment Project Specialist to join our team. This position is based in Raleigh, NC. As an Order Fulfillment Project Specialist, you will influence, coordinate, and monitor the Critical Power Systems (CPS) assigned order backlog on behalf of the customer. This will require working cross-functionally to remove roadblocks, coordinate special requirements, align priorities, and communicate regularly to ensure successful execution until final shipment. Essential Responsibilities: Influence CPS commitments and monitor schedule attainment of UPS, Batteries, Switchboards, and Accessories on behalf of the customer. Act as point of contact in representing Raleigh CPS manufacturing with customers, sales, customer service, and project management. Disseminate questions to engineering or plant resources for timely resolution. Protect the reputation of Eaton and CPS in all communications. Participate in shipping tool reviews and production tier meetings to relay priorities and track assigned backlog order progression. Monitor delays or risks to external commitments and act proactively to influence improvement or communicate AWSD. Participate and eventually lead cross-functional ’72 hr’ reviews with engineering team(s), customer service, supply chain, operations, and systems test to ensure accurate commitments to customers for engineered to order (ETO) solutions. Monitor project milestones through engineering and operations. Collaborate with drop ship scheduling to meet requested project timelines. Calibrate regularly with supply chain and operations to understand current backlog and necessary lead-times due to material availability or general capacity. Work proactively to remove roadblocks and mitigate risks after order entry through order release and final logistics to avoid unnecessary delays for the customer. Support monthly revenue forecast mapping Develop strong relationships with primary points of contact in project management, product management, service, sales, engineering, and operations. Act with a customer first mindset Demonstrate capability of clear, concise, and balanced external communications to a range of audiences (especially customers). Communicate lessons learned for new and repeat orders alike. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of two (2) years related experience in supply chain or operations. Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship, now or in the future. No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Raleigh, NC facility. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Experience. Experience in customer project management. Project management certification. Master’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field from an accredited institution. Previous experience in production scheduling in a Make to Order manufacturing environment. Position Criteria: Ability to demonstrate knowledge of ERP requirements and customer order processing. Basic understanding of bill of materials, product costing, order entry, and typical supply chain functions. Ability to demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage and develop a team. Ability to present data effectively to support recommendations regarding supply/demand plan. Ability to adjust work priorities to meet continuously changing schedules.
