Position Description: 1.Order fulfillment that covers order release to plant to shipment, communicate with internal customers on order status and ETA status etc. 2.Exploit all approaches to maximize shipment and assist region to achieve CA target a)Interlock with region on orderload plan and pre assess supply and prepare for capacity etc. b)Order change and proactive backlog management 3.Leverage manufacture, planning and logistic efforts to meet the service level target or customer requirements esp. for big deals or urgent orders 4\. FGI management 5\. Lead process optimization projects to enhance process efficiency, reduce leadtime etc. 6\. Deal with special customer requirements and complaints and improve region satisfaction. 7\. contact with credit team to control order credit release; #### Position Requirements: 1\. Bachelor or above degrees with major in foreign trade, business mgmt and supply chain mgmt etc. 2\. Good command of English, both written and oral and good computer skills eg. SAP, Microsoft Office 3\. Good communication and coordination skills with front-end and back-end teams 4\. Great logical thinking and analysis capability with innovative thinking 5\.
