Customer centric, work out solution to clean long tail backorders efficiently, reduce the risk of customer replacement and refund 3\. Responsible for project management, develop project plans, track project progress, ensure project reach expected goals, and do quality time management 4\. Bachelor degree 2\. Two to Three years of supply chain work experience, project management experience 3\. Fluent in English both written and spoken 4\. Proactive and take ownership of ones ‘work 5\. Detail-oriented, well organized, efficient and effective 6\. Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills 7\. Good skills in data collection, data cleaning, data analysis, SQL, Power BI is preferred 8\.
